Reality is something no individual has ever perceived. Each perception of reality is from a particularized and individual perspective that limits understanding of reality. On the other hand, the mind itself exists because it was first conceived. All the material world similarly exists because each element and structure was first conceived. So who's absence of thought would cause the reality to cease to exist? When you close your eyes, do the physical objects last observed cease to be?

There is no such thing as the absence of thought. Everything has a mind. There are two types of materials in the universe. Those things which are to act, and those things which are to be acted upon. All things are independent to think or experience thought within the confines of the realm in which they are existing.

The Absence of Thought is Mindlessness.
When we mindful, we are at our fullest attention. aware, and most alive, in the present moment - enjoying every aspect of our lives.
