Well, once anything started moving it would just keep moving, with only gravity to slow it down. No friction would be a world without things like car brakes.

You would slide to the lowest point around you and wouldn't be able to go anywhere without out using some sort of jet or compressesd air propulsion.

All the people and things would eventually accumulate at the bottom of valleys.
Chickens would be ok they would just flap the hell out of their wings.
