I shan't answer your question. Cos i really don't know.
But i'm really surprised at the answers people here are giving! Once they see 'Indian', they tell you to go stay in Serangoon Road/Little India.
So you're trying to say that all Malays should be concentrated only in the Kampong Glam area? And Chinese in China Town?
Goodness.
Serangoon Road/Little India is no cheaper than anywhere else. it's just that there are shops that sell Indian foodstuff, whether cooked or not. Indian clothing, and basically anything Indian.
