I ordered a product from a site
It automatically signed me up for their email newsletter.
I unsubscribed to it.
They keep sending the emails, after unsubscribing several times and emailing their customer servce (got no response).

At this point, are their emails now considered spam, and therefore reportable to the Spam authorities?

I could, but if they are breaking the law I also want to punish them. They are probably doing this to many others.

Yes - and to be on the safe side, submit all info and correspondence you have sent to them already ... be sure to tell them that you have kept records of all attempts*

Can you also divert their emails (I can with my mail program) into the trash by adding their email address to "block messages" ?

Yep - nail the buggers as this is not only extremely irritating, but illegal (certainly in the UK anyway).
