I just want to know how much the professional shops will charge me for installation of the turbo.

I just want to know how much the professional shops will charge me for installation of the turbo.
I have 1993 Honda Prelude H22 A1 Vtec engine. The car is almost brand new it has 32534 original miles on it.

It really depends on the type of car. A honda civic or the like, prolly a grand or two. A BMW your lookin 5-10. It would help to be more exact.

It depends significantly on what kind of engine it is, what kind of turbo you're using, and what kind of set up you're using. Crower/Eagle/Whatever brand you prefer rods and whatever pistons you prefer for a 350, for example, are a "dime a dozen".

In the long run, cheaper to buy one already stock/aftermarket turboed.

alot. its cheaper to buy a turbo car or put a diff engine thats build for a turbo in. because your engine would need alot of changes to convert it so it can take a turbo. and you will pay alot for that
