It really depends on where you're going.
DO NOT wear leather jeans during the day, especially to a business lunch. Those are for night time only and they might send the wrong message to business associates.
Jeans are okay if they're not full of holes or dirty. Honestly, they pretty much can go anywhere and everywhere with the right pairings and accessories. Get a pair that fits well and wear with pumps, a fitted jacket and a white shirt. Accessorize with bold hoop earrings and you'll look LOVELY.

You can wear the jeans but go with a nice pair of heels to dress up the jeans.

i think the jeans would be okay but definatley wear a nice blouse and a blazer over it . after all it is a business lunch . good luck .

If you are working on site and that's what you usually wear, it should be fine. If you are visiting the site, you may want to dress a bit nicer.
This also depends on who you are meeting and why.
Not knowing anymore info, I would rather be a bit overdressed than underdressed.
