have you ever had company that stayed with you and crapped up?

your bathroom or kitchen and then just left it that way?my house is spotless when i'm expecting company and i day after they arrive my bathroom has towels all over and crap on my vanity with toothpaste left in the sink.also i have a dishwasher and they leave dishes in the sink and food on the counter.what do you say without blowing your top?

i would never visit anybody's house where i would'nt pick up after myself,i'd hang my towel and rinse the sink.i think it's just taking advantage of people,disrespectfull of other peoples property.

i hate that.i would leave little reminders around,i.e.sponges,cleaners.stuff like that.then i would follow around behind them and clean up as soon as they make the mess ,sorta like obsessive compulsive,maybe they would cut their visit short.i certainly would'nt invite them back!!

Are we related ? They are coming to my house next week ! I have been at there house and I had to spend 9 days in the hospital as a result ! Really ! I am so worried about my poor house. They are my husbands relatives and he said that I don't need to clean the house for them ! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE Any way I just keep thinking they will be gone soon. Do you think they will take the hint if I follow them around with Lysol ? I would try saying at this house we clean up after our selves. I have rules posted.

When you have company you are basically a host. So your company souldn't have to clean to your standards but if this is a serious problem with you , Just ask them politely to pick up after theirselves. If they refuse to assist you then don't let them stay with you, make them get a hotel or stay with someone else
