It's difficult to pick a favorite... I do prefer mostly their older songs, maybe my favorite is "If I fell".
It's ironic that the official releases have the lowest sound quality! Read about "The Millennium Remasters Collection", and "Dr. Ebbett's" releases. (originals are from tapes, these remasters are from vinyl)

Hard to pick just one. Growing up listening to the Beatles, (I knew the lyrics to songs, before I could speak full sentences as a baby-lol) There is just no way I could choose...
