cheatin is what i would call it...your using work as an excuse to get off work from a job you dont like or that doesnt agree with you...why do you claim you are just off your original work but can do other work without stress..????

if you are drawing disability for this, then you can get into trouble,, because you have to report any income,, it also depends on what the orders of the doctor is. but in any in the united states , you cannot draw full disability benfits and work, part time some where else... that is insurance fraud, ,,, and if this disability is workers comp,,, they will watch you after a certain time, and when they catch you ,,, and they will .. you will have to return every dime back to them. as it should be..
if you draw full disability then you do not work. ... period...

that is double dipping,,, i have investigated many cases like this, and when it comes to workers comp. they will spare no cost to catch you , if you are doing this... just be honest and avoid these problems, ok. because this is very stressfull..

good luck
god bless

You are too ill to do your normal job, but well enough to do 'other' work! Presumably you are receiving benefits whilst off work.
You are a cheat and a thief, for want of a better word.
I sincerely hope the book is thrown at folk like you.
It's my goddamn taxes that are keeping you shysters in the comfort that you think you are entitled to.

If you are recieving disability you can not work any other job unless you are being paid under the table. You can get in alot of trouble for working another job while out on leave and still being paid. I hope that helps a bit. Good Luck I hope things get better for you

You are on very dodgy ground. legally you have been signed off as unfit to work so if you are working they could sack you. What type of work have you been doing? If in any way at all it is similar (I mean ANY) to your usual work it could mean instant dismissal and you wuld not have a leg to stand on legally. if you can demonstrate (via medical evidence) that it is therapeutic for you then you might be OK. If you are in the UK i suggest you contact ACAS for further clarification.

Well if its paid work then you aren't entitled to sick pay for a start. If you got caught you may find yourself in trouble.

Best to just keep your head down while your doing whatever part time work your doing.

If you are on disablitiy you cannot work at other jobs. If you are just on Leave of Absence they may take your working at other jobs as not wanting to work for them.
