Randy can actually sing and play guitar. I don't think he would get that type of reaction.
This is Season 6. Don't we expect them to laugh like they have for the past 5 seasons? Yes it is rude, but it is entertainment and that is what sells the show.

They will go CRAZY if they don't laugh. I would never want to be in their shoes during the first round of auditions. Just imagine sitting there day after day, listening to people who don't know how to sing and believe they can (I am sure they wouldn't be sitting there is the money wasn't good!!!! LOL)

Randy can sing.
And I am sure in his career he has in fact been laughed at. They all have. That is one of the things they are teaching these people.
It is not easy to get to the top of the entertainment business and that is where they hope to put one lucky person and when they are finished that person will be torn to pieces by the tabloids and critics daily.

hey guys... these judges have been siting there all day listening to people sing ....
I would find it hard to laugh at some of those people... it is not like they are doing it on purpose or anything...
lol... I totally posted before reading the other responses.. my post is almost the same as the post above...lol
