If this is your first baby, it's normal not to feel movement until 18-22 weeks. And lack of symptoms just means you're incredibly lucky. I'm 37 weeks and except for the baby sitting more prominently on my bladder and some back pain in this last trimester, the belly is the only thing that makes me "feel" pregnant. As long as the doctor says everything looks fine and that the baby is growing, there's nothing to worry about.

You should see a doctor as quickly as possible. Try and do a home pregnancy test sooner if you can - the more time you have to think about this the better. From your email it sounds like you're just a teen. Does your mom have any idea this might be what is making you "sick"? Also if you're feeling movement in your tummy you might be more than 16 weeks along. The stomach doesn't always get that big with a first pregnancy. It take a while to show.

I went through the same thing after the first 3 months there were days where I didn't even feel pregnant. I would say that the way you feel is fairly normal. You may start feeling movement soon. I didn't feel any until 19 weeks. I wouldn't worry too much if I were you, but talk to your doctor about your feelings at your next appointment. They should use a doppler so you can hear the heartbeat and remember there is a little one growing in there! :)

Movement can usually be felt around week 16-20 so you should be able to feel it sometime in the next couple of weeks. It will start off very faint(butterflies, popping bubbles are some ways to describe the first movements) and will gradually become stronger. Count yourself lucky for not having any other symptoms but yes can be very normal

You will probably feel movement sometime in the next 2 weeks. I think 18 weeks is the norm, especially with a first pregnancy. Usually the 2nd trimester is the best time during pregnancy when you don't have the problems of the 1st trimester of feeling sick and sore, and the problems that you get in the last trimester with being so big there isn't any room for your internal organs. Try not to worry. Relax and enjoy your pregnancy. The baby is still very small at this stage, but you'll be feeling him/her before you know it.

You may not feel movement for a couple more weeks. Don't worry about not feeling pregnant...that is a good thing! A lot of women feel absolutely miserable so you should be thanking your lucky stars! Once you feel those little movements though (probably sometime in the next 4 weeks), you will feel pregnant!

# 1 Have you seen a doctor? If not, do so immediately. He can check for heartbeat, do an utrasound, etc. to be sure the baby is alive and kicking. I personally never felt movement until about 18 weeks but I understand that can vary by patient. That said, I miscarried my first child at 24 weeks. I was using a hack doctor who didn't know diddly about obstetrics and didn't check for a heartbeat in the whole six months. Choose a good, reputable ob doctor and do everything he says. I did that and later delivered three beautiful baby boys. Medical care is very, very important for prenatal care.

You will start feeling movements usually after 18 weeks. Some people don't notice until 20 weeks. If you are a little bigger it could be the reason you havent felt it yet. Or you have and have mistaken them for gas movements

You belly is growing whcih is good, and I am sure your DOC will do a doppler on your next appt to check for heartbeat

I didnt feel my little one until 19 weeks along so I wouldnt worry

It's normal to not feel movements this early on in first time pregnancies. I didn't feel anything until like week 22 or so with mine. I never felt the flutters and such that everyone talked about. The symptoms you've mentioned all sound normal for this stage of your pregnancy. Good luck!

yes you should be feeling movement soon but don't worry if you don't for another two weeks. you sound lucky to not have had the morning sickness some women get that very bad. at 16 weeks the most syptoms that you will feel is the heartburn. take some tums or drink some milk and it will clear up. good luck and congrats.
