No, she agreed to do it with James Randi on television but after a few days James Randi contacted her and she said that because he isn't a "spiritual person" or something similar that she wasn't going to do the challenge.
I saw a video of James Randi talking about this on youtube.

Are you referring to the 1 million $ Paranormal Challenge? If so, no she has not done that yet. She was on the Larry King show when she agreed to do it. (Did you know that you can order copies of back Larry King shows directly on CNN.com--you can find them under Larry King's page on the site.)
Since then, she has stated she will agree to a time to take the challenge once she can confirm the $ amount or something--I think that the person that posed the challenge doesn't really have the money to back it up.
Have you tried going to sylvia.org to see if she has anything to say about it there?

No. She didn't do the test. I personally don't believe in psychic. Sylvia predicted that missing boy. I believe his name is Shawn Hornbeck was dead. She was wrong.

No she has not done anything yet in response. I'm sure when shes about to do it they'll say something on CNN. Im looking forward to seeing it also!
