The conditions are probably poor especially with your added comment about the turtle so chances are they will not breed and it sounds like it's good for them, even if they are male/female.

i'm not sure of the breed but if the two like eachother than i would leave them in the tank. Just watch to make sure they don't fight or eat eachother. As far as the turtle the need different habitats so i would seperate the turtle from the lizards.

Who's going to rescue the skinks and turtle from you?
There is more wrong with this picture than I even want to comment on.
You should probably buy a book that will tell you how to take care of your animals.

Sounds like you need a bigger tank.

I suggest getting a much larger tank for your turtle, and seperating them fomr the turtle.

Anyways, they may try to breed, but lizards are hard to breed in captivity. You probably wont have babies.

Reptiles do not need to "get used to eachother" to breed. If the cage conditions are right (as in, similar to what they are used to in the 'wild') then they will breed.

I suggest you first find out if the lizards are even a male/female pair. Male/male pairs will and do fight and should be seperated.

There is a small chance that they will breed. If they do you will have to remove the eggs and incubate them. Most lizards will eat the eggs. It would also be better to take them and put them in their own aquarium.
