If ive typed something very important on the computer, and by mistake cancelled it all out, is there any poI?

I was writing something in a blog on myspace, and theres no way i could possible remeber waht i've written, is there any computer person out there who could tell me what to do to get it back! Im desperate! didnt save it or copy it or anything!

If the material was on your computer, then someone who is good can go in and look at deleted files and reconstruct most of it after several hours work. If you were on line and doing all the writing on someone else's machine, almost no chance.
If it was saved enough times or long enough ago, you might be able to search for something you know was in it (like a phrase "I hate my little brother Zeph") Google search engine offers the cached version (what it actually found the match in) as well as the link to the current version. You can copy out of the cache onto your computer, repair and reformat it and paste it up again.
Now you have your lesson, use the save function everytime you get up and everytime you finish a page.
And if you can't remember what it was, maybe it wasn't that important.
