Have they looked at the book "Beyond Jennifer and Jason"? it's is a fabulous name book! Name's are too personal to ask of strangers, people have such different taste...My sister had a name all picked out for her third daughter, and when she saw her face she said, "she's not a Kate, she's a Phoebe" Sometimes maybe you can wait till you see their face and that would help in the naming process. Personal boy names I like are : Phinn, Auggie, & Jack, Griffin &George, and for Girl: Eliza, Jane, Kate, Madeline, Grace, & Lily & Georgia...

it could work out if there where to take a name from there name or a family member and add to it like her name is louise then add the name louise to the middle of the girls name an so on hope this helps
