I seriously doubt you can get haunted by email. Usually it's just someone who got it from a site that collects email addys.

I have had a bunch of these as I date a hillbilly and I am on her E-mail list and to date nothing bad has happ......

Those things are a joke like chain letters. I delete them all and nothing has ever happened. Of course, my spirits are more powerful than theirs, so who knows.
