I wish I had some magic words that would make you feel better. I can only tell you what works for me; when I feel depressed, upset, and everything in between. I get close to the people I love (your ex doesn't count).
I've never done LSD but I had some muscle relaxers that my body just can't handle and I end up feeling like ... bad, really bad for days. So maybe you should stay away from any medication until you are sure this wasn't caused by it.
I hope you feel better.

well, hey the LSD trip was really stupid. so it could just be the drugs hanging loose in your system... it takes three months for any drug to truly drain completely out of your system, and since it's only like, less than a week ago that you took your first trip, than that might be it. maybe it's just your head tyring to make you feel guilty about the trip... are you married? or live with your folks? and you feel unloved? or you dont have a lover or girlfriend and you feel unloved? if it's the last one, than you could just be lonely... about the job, i would say that maybe you're just tired of it and need a change of scenery, but beind depressed, lonely, unloed, insecure, etc, usually don't come from hating your job.. unhappiness maybe, but the rest, i don't think so. if you are, like, a teenager or something, have your parents been arguing alot? i know that's what get's me the most. family troubles things like that... a drop in testosterone wouldn't make you feel pathetic like that, it would just give your ego a kick in the head telling it to calm down. other than that i don't know what to tell you... except to watch a stupid movie and a gallon of ice cream/a lot of comfort food.

sounds like your life is empty with meaningless tasks. however, i would go see a doctor for a check up. Everyone feel depression now and again, but you stated you took LSD. That right there says you may need more help than you know. It didn't state how old you are, but you didn't hate your job until today. Did something happen there? It sounds like you are ending things, and are getting ready to turn to some new things...try to make the transition positive and you will have alot to look forward to.

to me, it sounds like there are plenty of factors. first i would say u have been over doing it with the exercising, maybe not eating as good as u should, this will cause the lack of energy which could also lead to ur depression for the day. the LSD trip is also a pretty good factor haha. but i wouldn't worry just don't think about it too much it will pass and if u don't like ur job then just start looking for a new job and keep in ur mind everytime u go to work that its about to get better and that should get u out of ur depression and u know not to talk or flirt with ur ex haha. goodluck!!

Estrogen may have to do with depression, but I don't think testosterone does. Do you know of reasons for lower testostrone other than exercise? Seems like you just have too many things going on in your life. I would moderate the exercise. I'm not male so I don't know what it is like to be one, but I know how extreme they can be sometimes. Take it easy. LSD is known to change the brain, but it probably is not the main cause of your problems.

#1---Alternate weights and aerobics daily---not weekly
#2---Arrange to take a day or two off of work to recharge
#3---Leave the ex alone---there is a reason that he/she is an ex---remember it!
#4---No LSD---Are you crazy? ---Drink lots of water to get that crap out of your system. ---I did that stuff back in the 70s and a side effect was that I would always crash and go into a depression afterward.
#5---Good luck. I hope you get feeling better soon.

In some big way, whether it be work, or expectations for your life, you are not fulfilled. . do you need to make a change? Or do you need to have more reasonable expectations from yourself, or from life? My guess is that you are very unfulflled in life, and want it to be more purposeful... to feel as if you are making a difference in the world with your life's work? just my guess? Drugs need to be out of this picture all together. It will destroy any hope of fulfillment.. . and destroy your mind to cope with life.

Well as long as you don't work for the post office ( if you do leave the gun at home ) , keep going to the gym, start eating healthier, go out and start running. Just go do something fun ( again if you work for the post office fun is not shooting your fellow workers ).
