cirucus Gatti featured Fat, Male, Sumo-Strippers who were rubbing eachothers behinds and in another act 1920s flapper dancers tore off their skirts and while wearing leotards that didnt cover their private areas, climbed up the ropes and spread open thier legs. Meanwhile, the circus anouncer sang "Come to the Cabaret". A Cabaret is an adult night club featuring Strippers. the whole thing was appalling.

Do you often buy tickets for your family to go see a show that you know nothing about?

You can sue anyone for anything. Whether you will win or not is an entirely different matter. From the sounds of it, you have no grounds. You were free to get up and leave at any time during the show. If you had done so and raised a fuss right then and there, you probably would have gotten a refund.

I'd suggest looking into where you're going next time rather than being so sue-happy.

Why try to ruin the circus for everybody because you were offended?
If you don't want to see it close your eyes or just don't go to the circus.
You can surely think of something better to do with your time than waste it getting the circus rated PG.
You aren't in Kansas anymore, well, maybe you are. But let it go.

so you want to sue, for how much?

its all about bribing your emotions with dollar bills isnt it. would you prefer to have animals whipped and mistreated? you were offended that no animal was hurt perhaps?

"I am appalled!, but a couple of grand can ease my pain" shhhhesh, what a shame the world has come to this.

did you read the fine print first? I would be surprised if it wasnt listed on the flyer or ticket.

While I suppose you could sue them for not apropriately advising people of the adult content of the show, you should probably have done a little bit of homework before just letting your kids see a show you knew nothing about.

Close your eyes or leave, yeah, maybe things are changing, but not too many people go to the cirus anymore and they have to do whatever they have to, to stay in business, they all have to eat and pay bills. Good grief........
