Okay. My printer is hooked up to my computer and is on. It won't print!! It says when I go to print it "Status:Offline:13 documents waiting"
HOW DO I FIX THIS?! I really need to get this done.
PLease please please help me you guys.
How do I turn it on? There's paper in the printer..it's hooked up correctly..thank you SOO much

Are the Printer drivers loaded? Is it a new printer? If so , it should have come with a driver cd. If not, you can find drivers for the printer on the manufacturers website. If the drivers are loaded, try reinstalling them.

First go into the Printers Applet in the Control Panel. Double-Left-Click on the Printer icon of the printer you are trying to use to bring up the Print Queue. Highlight all of the Print Jobs and delete them.
Next:
1. Click Start
2. Choose Run
3. Type cmd
4. Press Enter
5. At the prompt in the black window type the following:
net stop spooler ---- Press Enter
net start spooler ---- Press Enter
Try to send a test document to the printer

restart your computer.
