Here are the facts: There are about 3 BILLION men in the world, over 2 Billion are not circumcised. Uncircumcised is the natural appearance of a penis. Circumcism is a religious-based practice from some heathen cult ideas way back when.
Population growth is actually the highest in those countries where the men are not circumcised, for example, India, China, much of Africa. Use these facts for your first question.
2nd question--Circumcism has nothing to do with hygiene, that is a hoax perpetrated by those who are circumcised or those who forced circumcism on unknowing, uneducated families in the past century. An uncircumcised guy is no more unhygenic than one that is circumcised.

Is being circumsized a lack of hygiene? NO or the inability to have children when you are circumsized a lack of hygiene? NO.
Because a man may still have foreskin, this will not interfere with his ability to make sperm. Sperm comes from the testicles, and this is the fluid that can cause a pregnancy if you have unprotected sex.Circumcision is a personal, cultural or religious choice. When an average fertile male ejaculates he releases about 400,000 sperm in that ejaculation. What you may be seeing is the semen that is let out of the penis. Although it may look like it's not a lot of "***" there is more than enough sperm present to create a pregnancy. If you desire to become pregnant you both should be examined by medical professionals to see if there are other issues which are making pregnancy mroe difficult.

To begin the uncircumcised male simply has his foreskin still intact which is the way he was intended to be. The barbaric custom of removing this skin is primarily practiced in the United States, the rest of the world has more sense. Hygiene isn't even a factor other than poor hygiene might be a turn off for the female involved, it does not affect fertility or the ability to ejaculate.

I would think so. Circumcision is not something done to enable men to have children. Not being circumsized shouldn't prevent them from having children. It is a medical procedure and is done for hygiene and other health reasons. Unless there are other problems involved, children should be possible.

Yes, you can have kids, and it's a lack of hygiene only if the guy doesn't keep himself clean.

Of course you can have kids when you are not circumsized, circumsicion has nothing to do with getting prenant as it is just removing the foreskin which isnt required, however men who usually are circumcised or siad to be cleaner as men who are not if the dont bath regularyly can well smell, quicker and sometimes develop a cheesy substance under the foreskin.

Being uncircumcized does not stop a man from ejaculating. It is only a lack of hygiene if the man does not thoroughly clean his private parts.
