I just bougth a web cam how do I comunicate with somebody.

I don't understand what you mean by "how do I communicate with somebody". You go online, turn your webcam on, invite that person to view you (or they ask you to allow them to view you), accept the tab to allow them to view, and then you're on your way. Message them by typing, or use a mic so they can hear you.

Use an instant Messenger program like Aol Instant Messenger or Yahoo Instant Messenger which can be downloaded for free from AOL.com or yahoo.com. The Instant Messenger will recognize the Webcam.

1. Join/download yahoo or msn messenger or skype (they're free)
2. You invite a contact through their email address
3. Connect your webcam and let your pc or laptop recognise it as a new device/hardware....and follow its prompt as to "installing" your webcam
4. You and your contact both have to be online on the same messenger
5. Then invite the person to view your webcam

You have to use some type of messenger, like Yahoo or MSN, etc.....
You install the software from the webcam, if needed, then create an account on one of those sites....(or sign in, if you already have one)
Then you can turn it on through the Yahoo chat window, etc.....
