Do you mean the person dropped it off at the post office on Feb 5th on its way to be delivered to you? I'm assuming thats what you mean because if it was delivered to you then you would already have it.

So if a person mailed it on Monday the 5th and its obviously domestic then it should get there to you by the 14th. Its priority mail and they usually take 3-4 days. I guess it also depends on what size the package is and what size towns in UT and AL you both live in. If they are rural cities then it could take a couple extra days longer. Did the person who sent it to you pay fror tracking or anything like that, then you could check up online and see where it is and the estimated arrival date. Also can you ask the person who sent it to you when they were quoted as to its arrival time? If you are having something shipped from a store they should give you a tracking number. But in general I do think there is a good chance you will have your package by then.

if the package was delivered-Feb.5 , it should of been there by now,, or are you saying someone sent you a package on Feb 5, then it will be there in the next few days before Feb .14th....It should be there today or tomorrow....
