If they were born with it then most of the gays wouldnt be itching for kids, If Gayism was meant to be i.e, they would be able to.

Homosexuality was a crime up until the Woolfenden Report in 1967. The report recommended that homosexuality be decriminalised between 2 men in private (there has never been legislation regarding Lesbianism) whilst at the same time making any public act of intimacy between 2 men in public a specific crime.
Since 1967, society has become more tolerant towards homosexuality and eventually (and very recently) realised that criminalising a section of society for a preference that is inborn and natural was idiotic and inhumane.
It is now perfectly legal and the age of consent for both heterosexuals and homosexuals has been equalised at 16.
As a gay man I do not think that there is any sensible reason for criminalising us again.

Why?
For it to be a crime there has to be victems.
Who are the victems...?
Most gays I know are nice.
Gay groups dont hurt or harm others.
However islami stones girls to deaht abnd christianity runs child and girl abusing kids homes and baby snatching magdelen laundries with a history of relgious war and oppression, likewise islam with its forced arranged marriage pimping, hnour killings etc...
They are the criminals or supporters of criminals.

And where is your evidence that gays itch for kids?
Most of the child abuse is against girls from straight daddies and foster daddies and in particular childrens kids homes and magdelen laundries.

And a whole pool of potential adotive parents who can't have kids for their own.
Oh and many straight people get it up the butt or use strap ons.

How can you make homosexuality a crime? You cannot criminalize a thought process. You could make homosexual acts ilelgal, but that to would be absolutely abhorrent. As long as the parties involved are two consenting adults, the government and other people in general have no right to say what they can and cannot do in their own home. The government is already too involved in the personal lives of its citizens. Why expand that?

Male homosexuality used to be illegal in the UK until 1967. Then they worked out that locking up gays with a lot of other sex starved men wasn't really a punishment.
Perhaps you should explain more about why you think loving another man should be a criminal matter.

I would rather criminalise the paedophiles who are currently being set free because the prisons are too full of bigots asking questions like this one.

I actually agree with you, Homosexuality is a choice, God tests people in different ways, this life is temporary, God tests us to see how we react to different sitatuations, tempation in all sorts of ways, we choose to feel how we do, we choose to do things, its matter of separating the strong from the weak minded.
