is there any way to protect my computer from another IP address becuase i have a wireless DSL?

Well, I dunno exactly what your setup is. On most wireless devices, in the security options you can specify to block a specific I.P. Address. Give me more details and I can tell you better on what to do.

If you want to prevent others from accessing your wireless network, then set a password. You can usually do this from the router. Even if someone got onto your wireless network, there would be little they could do your PC unless you set up special settings that gave them access to resources.
