It sounds that you are very angry and should get into an anger management program. If you are breaking all of your stuff it means you are depressed and angry. Get some help and don't feel bad about it we all go through this. Its important that you love yourself as a person and when you don't you have to find out why and stop. I am sure that you don't want to continue this way. Love yourself and others will too. take care Heather

It's not the negative or bad things in life that count. Everyone has problems and many are much more serious than you listed. Look for the positives things in life and you will be a lot happier and people will want to be your friend.

I have broken many things, but they can all be bought again...(except for my ankle, but it will mend together again). Although a broken heart is painful it is still better said "IT IS BETTER TO HAVE LOVED AND LOST, THEN TO HAVE NEVER LOVED BEFORE".
The worst thing someone has ever broken on mine is trust, and that is not as easily forgiven of forgotten...let alone mended.

Pick yourself up, brush yourself off, re-group
Time heals all wounds, things can be replaced, learn from your experiences, once is an accident, twice is a habit, don't go there again, this to will pass. Hold your head up and get over it and on with it.

I have never broken a bone in my body. I broke a tiny doll by accident once. And a friendship with a bunch of brats. that's all.
