Most of the time they will not charge you unless the baby could have made it outside of the womb. It still don't make it right though. I think after the heart of a fetus is developed it should be considered murder

It is not a crime when a woman is aborting a foetus. Mostly because the woman does it for reasons. Proper reasons, she doesn't want to take care of the baby, she is not ready for it etc. You can be charged with double homicide because you murdered someone, a pregnant woman. A woman who is pregnant is allowed to decide what is going to happen with the baby as it grows inside her..

i really dont give a d.a.m.n WHAT anybody says..a fetus is STILL A BABY!! ppl need to realize that!! i dont believe in abortion..never have never will!! i just went thru a miscarriage these last two weeks and that was the hardest thing i think i couldve ever went thru so i caint imagine women goin thru that WILLINGLY!! dumb azz ppl is all i can say!!<--my one serious answer of the day!!
