Ok this is just getting rediculous now. Im 21 next week and I still have this stupid compulsive behavior disorder where I MUST put bio yogart on the underside of furniture so as it "sticks" better and does not fall over. It all started back when I was nine and broke my gran's urn with my stupid swing ball game. Ever since I have had a phobia of knocking things over and breaking them. Since I got my own flat I have been able 2 feed my obsession with out critisism. Do not ask me why I use bio yogart instead of glue or blu tack i simply do not know. All i know is I HAVE to use bio yogart! Every day I go throught the process of cleaning away the old Yogart and applying the new. I really don't want any one to notice at my party. The time has come to stop! PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Not to be critical, but that is bizarre. Of course, so is burning dried out plants and inhaling the smoke, knowing it will give you cancer - so I shouldn't judge.

I wonder if you mean that you do this to everything in your house - i.e. coffee tables, couches - or just objects you think you may knock over. If it's the latter, perhaps you can break your trend by removing those objects you feel you will knock over or put them in places were they can't be damaged if they are knocked over.

Just as in order ot quit smoking, I need to quit buying the things - you have to quit buying the yogurt. I realize it may not be that simple.

If you are doing this to everything in your home, then you're probably in need of assistance. I seem to recall that there is medication that you can take to take the edge off of such compulsions. Of course, you would need to see a doctor for something like that.

sounds serious.............okay, when you think about putting the bio yogurt under the couch, just do something else instead, like go get a diary and actually think about why you are going to do that. Also, if its like literally controlling you, I suggest you go to a therapist and get help for OCD(over compulsive disorder).
