it's easy to hoola hoop u don't need a video.
just put it around ur waist an start rotating you're hips fast.u'll get the hang of it....just..if u do it indoor....make sure you have a lot of space that u don't knock something out..or brake anything try listening to music...like shakira or so to make u wanna shake it :D...if it still doesn't work look on youtube for videos that carry the words hoola hoop .

can u hula hoop online? all u have to do is to lealn how to balance it and move ur hips. Good LUCK
