No, only leftists with an agenda have an "interest in promoting" something.

The state is (or should be) interested in keeping propaganda and hippie rhetoric out of law.

Gays do have the right to get married, just like I do. I have the right to marry a woman and so do they.

I don't have the right to marry a man, and neither do they.

There. Equality. Quit your whining now.

By the way, my cat wants to marry my steering wheel. That should be legal, right? If not, then you're all bigots!

Why can't a man or woman marry a farm animal. I know they could not produce off spring but who's business is that.
