how do you know if you are truly in-love? and conversely how do you know when you have fallen out of love?

If you are truly in love there's an unexplainable feeling that you get to let you know. There's also a feeling of knowing you've done all you can and love doesn't live in your heart anymore.

That is so hard to explain in words you just know and feel happy all the time and when you fall out of love you get annoyed with even little things they do and say which you didnt even notice before.
