oh yes!
i had one that had the short yarn like hair and then i HAD to get one that had the long cornsilk blonde hair, except her hair was kind of hard to brush and she was licking her lips...i think it was an ice cream cone thing.....
why are kids so funny about toys?? i look at them now and i think...why were they such a big deal??

I am a fan of Cabbage Patch dolls, I have three. One is like 20 years old.
I also liked the cartoon The Cabbage Patch Kids. =P

Yes, and I still am a big fan of Cabbage Patch dolls. I have several hundred of them! There are groups for collectors of Cabbage Patch collectors. They have lots of pictures of Cabbage Patch dolls!

My cabbage patch's name was Marcella. I remember when they first came out my mom had to fight other moms in this free for all to get one for my sister and I. It's cool how things keep coming back like cabbage patch dolls, care bears, etc.

I wasn't really a fan, I didn't go stand in a long line at the store, but it was fun watching that on TV. I picked a few up after the mad rush was over and a few more here and there. I sold a couple and kept a couple. I never got attached to them though.

I had a few.
I'm collecting them for my daughter now. I buy them used then make new clothes for them. I'm even rerooting the hair on one.
