first you need to get your muscles in shape by making a circle with your hips over and over with your arms above your head. After that just get a hoops and start trying. It's like riding a bike, noone can teach you, you just have to strengthen the muscles and try try try. once you get the hang of it, it's easy and you never forget.

Buy a Hula Hoop they have real cool ones at Jam band concerts and other bands that have followers, they are hand made and real cool.. The girls use them while the music is playing, it is soooo cool. Good Luck hope to see you shaking it
