It was on the master system, I think.
In the game you started out as a motorbike and you had to collect letters then you'd turn into a car, then a helicopter, then a plane, then a boat I think. I loved the agme as a kid anyone know what the game is called?

I think you are talking about Spy Hunter, that you pick up letter that give you oil and other stuff to destroy you enemy's.
That you have diferrent roads and sometimes depending on the road you will change in to a boat or going in to (i think is a truck)
to turn in to a bike.
