Open your browser, go to tools, Internet options.
Delete the history there, I would tell you more but you did not tell me the operating system or browser.

I hate to break the news to you but you could wipe out everything in your computer and it wouldn't mean anything especially if your company's network administrator keeps logs of what sites are visited or if there is a web filtering device/application on the network. Most companies monitor what sites employees go on, so it really doesn't matter what you do on your own computer. Once you make the request on your computer to pull a web page from a remote server it has to go through your network's gateway and it is most likely getting logged somewhere. I should know, I'm a network administrator and part of my job is to block sites that employees should not be on. When the execs ask me for reports on what sites certain employees have been on, I provide that information to them and have seen employees terminated because of it. I wouldn't suggest going on sites if you feel your work place won't approve of it, and just wait until you get home. Good luck.

While you are in the Tools menu, click on Internet options.
Clear out your cookies, and your temporary internet files while you are clearing your history. That way almost no trace of what you have been doing will remain.
Most websites leave cookies, so if someone checks them, they might see where you've been.

Bad person! click on history, right click and delete. But you know, nothing is ever COMPLETELY deleted from your computer. your internet provider can restore stuff too, so be careful. But that is the most basic way to do it for a short term fix.
