Well any break up should be done in person, because that means 1. you respect your partner and 2.you care.
Don't be too blunt because it may hurt her feelings, but tell her enough information so she doesn't spend her time obsessing about what she did wrong in the relationship. Let her know that you're there for her, but only if she needs you, as she may need her space from you after you tell her. Be kind, but not so kind you lead her to believe things may turn around, good luck

It would be impossible to leave someone without causing any pain. You can lie to her but you might get caught in the future which can cause a more hurtful outcome. Women are equipped to be adaptable to any situation. It will hurt but she will recover if you tell her the truth that you want to separate or break up with her.But dont leave her and after few days she will learn that you found somebody new because she wont get over it more. Women can accept anything except another rival.

If u dont mind asking why are u going to leave her? if she loves you no matter how u tell her you want to brake up you are still going to hurt her. a word of advice if u knowshe something specal keep her because youll miss her later

When you leave someone you would hurt their feelings one way or the other, you have to be realistic.
Just be honest and give reasons why you can't be together...Goodluck to her though

Yeah right...It ain't gonna happen dude....It is going to hurt no mater what... Do it from your heart in the most honest and gentle way you know how to. That way it will at least soften the blow...

Don't be super super nice or she'll think it is a special moment when your trying to break up with her.
Don't leave her a letter or she might just come a try to kill you.
Try acting the way she hates guys to be so maybe she'll try to dump you. (If you have luck)
Sorry to say this but maybe make up a lie like you have to move or you just don't think that your ready to be this serious or even date :)
