You can't by accident. It's written in the coding of the game, but you could never get to it unless you fooled around with the coding a lot.
You can only access it if you have the PC version, and you download the "hot coffee" mod.
It's easier to just watch the video online. I would send a link, but you could be under 18, and I might get in trouble. If you're 18 or older you can email me and I'll send it to you.

Only in the PC version and to get it you had to download something. If you have the console version you can go to the adult store in Las Venturas. Its north on the road that has all the casinos on it.
