yes riquelme is just one of the many grate players that argentina has so if he is gone it qould be noticed but i am sure he has plenty others who can play like him they just haven;t get the shot all the players rely on each other in that team and the team doesnt rely in one single player the only reason why he is very noticeble is because he plays midfield and is now the brain of the team but if hes not there another brain will be bring in as strong or stronger then him and in the team like in life no one is esential

maybe, but it means that one of their other mids will have to step up and take that playmaker role. they have plenty of good young strikers but they need someone to feed them the the ball to win.
