I love my country. The first reason is that it is my own. In case, my country is an oppressive one, i will have less reason to feel proud of it. Poverty and other disadvantages that it may from is also not the reason for disowning the country. I feel India has not been a oppressive regime. Some separatist elements in Kashmir, in the North East may claim that India is at fault in committing excesses. In a military operation, excesses do happen and that is part of any military operation, although I do not condone such things. India is not known to have led a military expedition on other countries committing excesses. In fact, India suffered in the hands others, in this respect. It continues to suffer in the hands of the terrorists. In the face of adversity, we are forging ahead in various fields. Our people are by and large peace loving. Are they not the reasons to feel proud about this country.

I love my country Indonesia because of the amazing diversity of it's tribes (over 500 tribes) that have come together as a nation.
Over 13,000 islands in the archipelago. Indonesia, unknown to many people in the world has the largest population of Muslims of any country in the world over 200 million yet we do not have a Muslim government. Indonesians are known for Unity in Diversity. We have Christians, Buddhists, almost all of the island of Bali is Hindu and other faiths in our country. Our country has come a long way in just over 50 years as an independant nation.

Canada is great ,were young ,full of many cultures and always trying to change, to become a Country with tolerance and environmentally healthily ,we can accomplish many things that will be able to define us as a Country with good values

I think my country (Italy) is great for the historical culture and for arts.People is nice and we are free.
I like my Country and I love living here!

Of course I love my country! The USA is the best country in the world, because it is mine, it is yours. I've grown up and lived here. I don't see why anyone would want to leave.

I love my country INDIA more than anything else. Because...
*people of india is the most patriotic fellows on earth.
*heritage,culture was plenty in india
*discipline,dignity is considered more than a human life.
*sacrifice for the country is more here.
*indians are born geniuses.
*IQ of indians are rated top in the world
*Eventhough some may have low IQ, EQ of indians is more special
*India is secular,sovereign country
* India has so many religions,races,festivals,monuments to be noted top in the world

We have the potential to be a great country.
We are not living up to that potential right now.
We need to do a lot more to fix it. We need to get rid of dishonest, selfish, and greedy leaders who are hurting our country, and hurting the world, very very badly.
