I ran downstairs to get some juice and crackers for a diabetic co-worker when her blood sugar level dropped. She was really sick and scared the crap out of me.

There are so many I cant remember. I bought my Mom a plane ticket to Hawaii from Vancouver for the 9th. I try thinking along these lines esp when Im in a good mood. You have to be careful not to be a sucker though because a lot of people use others.

I helped a blind girl go to the library. Oh how i love to help people .
(Really the last kind thing i did was to answer someone's question on yahoo.answers and he chose my answer as best and did with it. It encourages me to help people and it makes me so happy to know that someone takes my advice and do with it).

last week
The lady that works in the office next to me had walked to work because her car wouldn't start. I had her give me some money and I went to the auto store and got her a battery then went to her house and changed it for her. Then I had my girlfriend bring my car back and I drove her car to work so she wouldn't have to do it herself.

I saw a man in a wheelchair drop his ticket at the movies, he couldn't quite pick it up. I went over and picked it up for him. I always say, it's the small things that add up to make your good karma.

I gave an old man my umbrella a few days ago when it was raining outside.
