It sounds like you have a fever. If you have a fever, take Motrin, or some other fever-reducing medicine. When your fever is reduced, you'll feel much better. Even better would be Nyquil, which will reduce the fever and make you drowsy.
I don't know what lemsip capsules are though, so be sure you've find out if you can take them with other medicines. Ask the pharmacist if you're unsure.

There is a natural product that is made by Source Naturals, it is called Wellness formula. I have used this for the flu and colds and anyform of sickness, even for my allergies. It really really works. I still feel like I can function when Im sick. Even though I am sick, I know that I get well so much faster than without it. And it really works the best when you have them on hand to take promptly at first signs. I have recommended it to several other people and they have had success with this product also. This may be a good product for you to try. Buy the Tablets and not the capsules. Mainly because you have to take twice as many of the capsules and as it is you have to take 3 tablets every 3 hours. I've found the best price to be at www.vitacost.com otherwise you can find them at your local health food store. I will never go without these. Be sure to buy the 180 count tablets because you will end up taking several and the small bottle is too small, you just end up having to go back to the store for more . Beware not to stop taking them too early. I take them a couple of days longer even when I feel good just to make sure that it doesnt relapse.

Feel better tea is available at a Teavana (www.teavana.com for locations).
If you find the ingredients elsewhere, they include silver needle, a rooibos tea, peppermint, and Egyptian chamomile (this one is a natural muscle relaxer but you can build a tolerance to it, so go easy on it or switch it with an earl grey tea during the day, which is a natural anti-depressant). Honey is the best sweetener too - and also some bee pollen has lots of vitamins if you can find some.
Juice is good too. Lots. I also like Theraflu - they make a powder you can just add to hot water and down before bed. Helps with the sleep a lot.
*most of all positive thinking helps with fast recovery - this is the premis for reiki which is now being utilized in major hospitals with slow recovery pacients.

umm, well i'm not sure because a lot of the time when i have cold symptoms i wait it out.. which i shouldn't but yeah.
one of the best things i can recommend is NeoCitrin. it's tea, but its made especially for sore throats, cough, runny/stuffy nose, headache etc. it usually works very well for me. a box of 12 packets is about 7 or 8 dollars, i'm not sure how much that is in your currency but it works very well. also, rest a lot. try to stay in as much as possible and don't do tiring things that you can avoid.
good luck, hope you get better!

i have no idea what that medication your taking is but i always use generic dayquil and nyquil pills when i'm sick! if you take something different make sure the medication your taking doesn't contain the same thing. motrin and tylenol work well for headaches, i think dayquil and nyquil might contain tylenol not sure. see a doctor if it don't clear up soon or you start running a high temp!

Just take something to help you sleep until you get better...some NyQuil or something. Also, eat soup and drink hot tea when you are awake. If you want to help getting knocked out, add some honey whiskey to that tea...just like your ancestors did.
