The only sure way to create a world without war or terrorism is to not have any humans in it.

it will never happen. Politicians seek higher office so they can have power. Power corrupts and sooner or later wars erupt.
Aliens would need to visit Earth and teach humanity how to be peaceful, but I do not see that happening.

every nation should adopt a policy of isolationsim. by not becoming involved in foreign affairs, each country's government could devote more time, attention, and money into solving social, economic, and political issues in their own backyard. imperialism isn't working and only generates resentment and hatred.
