the system bios and nerostart and some other places the FSB speed shows only 200Mhz instead of 800Mhz.Where is the 600Mhz FSB and how can I view it?

I accept and satisfied with Mr.Mysticman's answer.In reality the FSB is only 200Mhz,through quad pumped speed it send data 4 times more in my system.O.K.Is there any computer have more than 200Mhz FSB in reality and what is the maximum FSB and minimum FSB in reality?
