It is illegal and there is a chance of getting a virus. People do it everyday, so it is pretty much a decision you have to make

I download songs almost all the time. I go onto limewire and bearshare. Both have free versions. And yes, they do have spyware, but if you manage to get the entire album, you just saved yourself $20.

But if you want to do it the safe way, I would suggest buying an upgrade or buy a program from a store like compusa. Or if you can find the album on itunes, there stuff on there is fairly cheap.

I can go on further, but I am not going to.

hope that helps.

It slows your computer cuz of Spyware. ANd that's another thing, spyware mean you're sharing files with other people. And that it's illegal. If you get caught downloading music "free" music you can get 6 months in jail and/or $250,000 fine.

I would recommend you get a Pro edition or get it from a well recognized cmusic copany such as Yahoo music, MSN etc.

downloading for free is copyright infringement. You should use a legal download site such as the itunes store

Spotify is the superb for me. The loose version will in basic terms allow you to create an information superhighway play list ( in basic terms about limitless ) and also you'll opt for between zillions of artists... even though it received't allow to procure songs. It does not count tho, you will get admission to the list on-line each and anytime you want :D
