No. Perez Hilton is just his stage name-- his real name is Mario Lavandeira. He just uses the Perez moniker as a play off of Paris' name.:)

Nope but he is now friendly with her. He is a blogger that was just really interested in her life and started his site as a tribute to her and then it launched into an overall celebrity gossip blog. But no they are not related. Perez Hilton is not actually his real name. His real name is Mario Lavandeira. He is a HUGE Paris Hilton fan though.
