Because I know with the leap year a extra day is added so that means if its a leap year Feburary has 29 days, and if its not a leap year Feburary only has 28

Calendar wise yes. Really every year is 365.25 days lond so by the 4th year we are a day ahead so they add it in to make us right again. The cool thing is when there isn't a leap year the next moth every day will be exactly the same as february, like if the 1st is a wednesday in march it will be the same.

February is already affected.February had 30 days.Certain people had an aversion for February,because of the infamous "February Last dinner"So Julius Ceaser removed one day from February and added that to July(31days) named after him.February had only 29 days.Augustus Megannon removed one day from February and added that to August named after him(31days) .Sofebruary had only 28 days. Once in 4 years they show "Mercy" on february and add one day (Leap year 29 days).Thus Gregorian Calender is most unsceintific and irrational- unlike Arya Bhatta's Calender which is most Scientific and Rational,based on movements of Celestial Bodies (Planets and Stars-constellations and Zodiacs

yep! sure is! just remember this...

30 days has September, April, june and November!
All the rest have 31 except february alone, which has 28 days clear and 29 days each leap year

your right, February would be the only month affected by the leap year!
