Yes, one person can change the world. Take Jesus Christ for example: millions of people follow him. Whether you believe in him as a "Savior" a "God," or just a "mad man," there is no denying that he must have been an extraordinary person. There have been wars in his name. Also, people have turned their lives over for the better in his name. On the flip side, look at Adolf Hitler. He wiped out more than half the population of Jews. Imagine what kind of contribution any of the people could have made to this world had they been given the chance to live. Martin Luther King Jr is another example of someone who changed the world. He urged us to fight racism and segregation in a non-violent manner. The list goes on and on.

You can change the world and make the world a better place to live by simply being a happy person and a good person. The recent world is so full of hatred and wickedness everywhere.... By being a happy person and a good person it is truly giving such a huge difference to the world. Really.
By maintaining your state of mind and soul in the right path and track. By acknowledging the way that you treat people.... And by having the pure love inside your heart. Putting things in perspective and see life through a comprehensive view. I know this sounds so corny, but that's the truth.....
No one can really change the world (not even all the leaders of those superpower countries) if they are not happy within their soul.

We are part of a society, everyone change the world. Some do very little changes, some do huge changes, bad or good. Just by your clothing you might be helping change fashion, culture and customs. In your actions at work, you might be helping people change some methodology, and they can influence other persons during the life course of these persons.

Of course. If you don't know for sure, I'd recommend watching Jimmy Stewart in "It's a Wonderful Life". I do think that one person changes the world of many people..even when you aren't trying to. Someone loves you and that makes all the difference.

Yes.

Gandhi did. Reagan did. Marco Polo, Adolph Hitler, Saddam Hussein, Osama bin Laden, Margaret Thatcher, Winston Churchill, Jonas Salk, John Lennon, all have changed the world in one respect or another.
