It will go away eventually, as your body is returning to its prepregnancy weight. If you breastfeed, it will go away faster, along with the extra weight.

I got the belly button poking out and it will go back to "normal" I don't remember how long that took but not very long. As for the line that took like 3 months before it finally went away. It seemed like it was never going to go away and I was going to be stuck with that line forever. My son is now almost 6 months old and I have a normal belly button and no line

The dark line is not a stretch mark and exercise won't help either problem. The dark line is called a Linea Nigra and will disapear in 1-3 months. Most women who encounter the "pregnacy belly button" lose that in 1-3 months also. However, if it has herniated it will not go back in. In 3 months if it has not gone back to normal talk with your doctor. It can be fixed with a simple in office procedure.

Dark Line
. It takes a few months for all of the hormones of pregnancy to leave your body. Until that time, you still may have patches of hyper-pigmentation on your skin, including the linea nigra. Don't worry, it should disappear in time. Keeping your belly hidden from sunlight will help it fade faster.
Belly Button
Your belly button will get right back to its regular position a few months after delivery, although it may look a little stretched out or "lived in." Remember, it's just one more badge of honor to wear proudly.

Don't worry about it, it takes awhile for your body to go back to normal. I had my first son 5 years ago, and had all the crazy things that came along with it, the belly button, stretch marks, etc. I thought it would never go back but it did after some time...the stretch marks...they stuck around. I'm now 21 weeks and it's happening all over again....i was just talking about the belly button popping. Trust me...It will go with time! Best Wishes for you and your baby!

Your belly button will go back in (as long as it has not herniated...rare) and the dark line will fade as your hormone levels come down closer to non-pregnancy levels. It will take time - how much is variable - but they will both go back to normal.
Congratulations on your new baby.

I had a friend who is a nurse, she had twins and her belly button popped out. She said she just pushed it in after they were born, and it stayed in.
I don't know about the line.

The bellybutton thing...I don't know, sorry, I didn't get it.
The line (called linea nigra) will eventually go away. i'm not sure how long (i didn't get that either), but I'm sure it does go away. Ask some of your friends who have had kids. I'm sure one of them can help.
Good luck !
