Lost because it has mystery, survival, action and sometimes funny moments. My other favorite shows are NCIS, 24 and Medium.

It would be a toss up between just about any program on TLC, or just about any program on National Geographic... but if I had to pick just one program, it would be The Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan on National Geo. That man has a real gift for both dogs AND people!

Supernatural because it's interesting, exciting, and funny! the show keeps me on the edge of my seat the ENTIRE time! I am never bored watching an episode of Supernatural!! and it may not seem like it...but the show is actually pretty funny!!...plus Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles work SO well together! :)

1) WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW
2)WWE FRIDAY NIGHT SMACKDOWN!
There are both wrestling which it what i love! i watch it every week and ECW but its become boring. RAW has my husband John Cena. And Smackdown is awesome. I am more of a RAW fan though. I MUST see it every Monday for my husband. But someday, i wish to be a Diva so i can be with him more.
Well, anyways those are my favorite! : )

Survivor because I love people watching. I find it totally fascinating to see how different people cope when thrown into uncomfortable situations.
Hockey Night in Canada and UFC rock too!

Friday Night Lights, because its not only about football, it's got a little bit of everything in it, drama, romance and comedy. I love it and can't get enough of it. It's on tonight on NBC

Prison Break - Its so good, I love the plot. Also having Wentworth miller in it makes it that much better.
