After many years as a loyal CNN guy, I switched to Fox News when I kept seeing the other side of the story being broadcast on Fox, but not on CNN . I had no idea that CNN had been lying all those years and I felt betrayed . They betrayed the TRUST that I had for them . Sure Fox is biased to the right. .. . .. ..but at least they tell the WHOLE story and allow me to decide on my own what is right and what is wrong . Nowadays CNN only skims by the truth . And nowadays CNN is shameless .
So, what made you switch to Fox ??

I have had the same experience. When I listen to CNN or NBC now, I feel like they are trying to feed me a bunch of propaganda like the Democrats are the one and only truth. I hope they all enjoy their increasingly falling ratings. Even Katie Couric on CBS deserves to sink with the ship. They are all political bigots.

the reason Fox information has extreme rankings is b/c the those who watch Fox information watch not something else!! Their t.v. does not comprehend the different channel. So for sure their rankings are going to be higher. If Fox information is so "truthful and balanced" why is it the a million three hundred and sixty 5 days. anniversary of Katrina, they televised not something about it??

I'm middle of the road politically. I watch both depending what's on. I feel Fox does an alright job. I agree that they do present the possitives in Iraq too (yes people, there are possitives). And I feel that's why the liberals bash it so. I think Fox get's a bad rap that I don't see. Which is really giving me a negative impression of liberals.

I don't take one news source as "gospel" - spread your mind a bit and see that examining many different views and using simple tools like Occam's Razor, and separating fact from opinion are the best ways to formulate an informed decision.

it is the next channel. And then I switched past that one too...and watched CSPAN. Maybe when you grow up again, you will switch, and really see what's been going on! Of course, you will run out of divisive material to post on this forum, and be forced to look with open eyes at the process. You may not be ready for that

I try to get my news from several sources so I can see the different viewpoints. Part of being enlightened.

Well, I'm a conservative and I spend a lot of time at cnn.com, and none at foxnews.com.
I don't need Fox News, but I like that it's out there.
I like to watch CSPAN to get a truly unbiased view. Thanks.
