It sounds like your best bet is to see a doctor. If you haven't had a period, you may not be ovulating. A doctor could help you figure out what's going on.
On the other hand, you should also try testing again in a week, then two, etc. If you are pregnant but it's still early, the test may not show up as positive yet.
Good luck!

If the test shows a negative result, wait another few days or a week and try again if you still haven't gotten your period. (If you ovulated later in your cycle than you thought, you may have taken the test too early to get a positive result.) For best results, try taking the test first thing in the morning, when your urine is most concentrated.
And if you find out you are not pregnant, dont give up..with a little time and some patient it will work.
Good luck!

You can always wait a while and retest. Or you can go to the doctor and ask for a blood test, but urine tests are pretty acurate nowadays. Chart your last menstrual period. You'd need to be at least 4 weeks after that to have a measurable HCG in your urine. Also, ectopic pregnancies have low HCG levels sometimes, so if that's the case and you're early enough, you might be negative.
Remember, early pregnancy signs are like the flu: fatigue, thirst, nausea, etc. And this is flu season.

WOW, A YEAR? And y ou're now trying to wonder if you're pregnant? Well some birth controls can take up to a year before your period comes back, so you need to talk to your doctor and tell him. Now if you're pregnancy tests are coming up neg but you believe that by some chance you are, you can get a maternal blood tests and they are wayyyy accurate compared to a urine sample. Because a pregnancy test detects the hcg found but if you have a low level of it, then a test may not pick it up so you might have to draw blood. I heard it's expensive, but more accurate.

You should call your gyno - most birth control forms allow you to become pregnant within a reasonable time frame but you usually want to have a normal period or two before you try to conceive. I have read some articles citing complications with conceiving after using Depo-Provera injections as birth control.
The bottom line is no one on this forum is going to be able to give you any conclusive answers to your questions - your doctor, on the other hand, can.
Good luck

Best to see a doctor if you have been trying for one year with no success. They can check both your fertility and that of your husband.
Also both of you should try to cut out all caffiene, nicotine, and alcohol, all of which impairs fertility, and maintain an ideal weight. Eating healthy and exercising in moderation (daily brisk walks for 30 minutes) can also boost fertility.
Your husband should wear boxer shorts, not briefs, and no tight jeans or hot baths for him. Higher temperatures can kill sperm.
After sex, elevate your feet by putting them on the headboard for 30 minutes and try not to get out of bed for the rest of the night. This helps the sperm to reach its target!
Finally, I highly recommend ovulation test strips, which you can buy online or at the drug store, to help pinpoint your exact day of ovulation and when you are most fertile. This is when you should be having sex.

Go see a fertility doctor. They're paid to care about you and your husband's fertility problems, whereas we on Yahoo are not paid to care, and therefore we couldn't give a flying **** less.
